**Quality Assurance Supervisor- Permanent Position- Richmond VA**
**About the Role**
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily QA operations, including record review, material and product release, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role ensures that all products meet FDA, corporate, and customer requirements, while supporting site operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage QA review of production batch records, laboratory data, and related documentation for disposition of materials and finished products.
+ Oversee the release of products and components, including issuance of Certificates of Analysis.
+ Monitor QA performance metrics (cycle time, backlog, productivity) and implement improvements to ensure compliance and efficiency.
