+ CRH provides on-the-job training for this position.

+ Outpatient lab with two locations seeing an average of 130-140 patients per day between the two, as well as phlebotomists at three office locations.

+ Highly reliant on team aspect as all personnel are here to provide quality care to all patients.

+ Responsibilities include patient registration, ordering laboratory tests (outpatient and client), answering the phones using a multi-line computerized system, directing phone calls to the appropriate department and/or person and performing a variety of miscellaneous clerical duties.

+ This staff is also responsible for the collection of all types of clinical laboratory specimens by performing routine and special phlebotomy procedures.
