About the Role
We are seeking a Lab Manager to lead and oversee air conditioning testing and validation activities for new product development (NPD) programs.
This role is responsible for ensuring testing accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with international standards, while providing strong leadership to drive lab performance and support timely product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the HVAC testing laboratory
Oversee testing of RES, IMS, LC, and VRF systems to ensure compliance with performance standards
Monitor and validate key parameters including temperature, pressure, airflow, refrigerant performance, and energy efficiency (COP/EER)
