**What You Will Do** **:**
​​​We are currently searching for a Lab Manager to provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI).  This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bethesda, MD. ​​

+ Support day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and productive research environment. 

+ Maintain laboratory equipment, coordinate routine maintenance, calibration and repair schedules. 

+ Develop and implement organizational systems for reagents, consumables, samples, and shared equipment. 

+ Assist in onboarding new lab members and provide guidance on laboratory procedures and best practices.
