**Role Summary:**
Supports and optimizes laboratory operations through implementation and maintenance of laboratory applications. Partners with lab leadership to improve workflows, ensure system adoption, and maintain compliance.

**Schedule:**

+ Full-time, onsite
+ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ No on-call

**Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in MLS, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 2+ years of laboratory experience
+ Epic proficiency required
+ Relevant ASCP/AMT/AAB certification (MLS, MLT, MT, or specialty certification)
