Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical and physical testing of intermediate, raw materials and finished products (Ghee & Oil).
• Track process parameters and assist in production with real-time quality feedback.
• Track appropriate records and documentation as per ISO/HACCP and SOPs needs.
• Make sure laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Execute and apply hygiene and safety protocols within the lab environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have BSc degree in Chemistry, food science or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
