About Position:

Experience in global systems support, with emphasis on the Market / Credit Risk domain. Experience with key financial industry data domains (e.g. reference data, market data etc.)

What You'll Do:

Timings: Japan shift : 5:30am to 2:30pm IST
Ensure the timely production of local and global risk measures and reports daily
Monitor overnight risk batch processes and publish daily status reports
Respond to support incidents such as data load calculation or report generation failures
Manage incident tickets and track resolution through ITSM tools (JIRA ServiceNow)
Respond to end-user service requests
Release Management on UAT and Production Environments
Ensure succinct and timely communication of issues to stakeholders (e.g. Global Risk business support teams management)
