Audio Visual (AV) and MS Teams environments

• Install and maintain meeting and conference room audio visual and MS Teams equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV and MS Teams service issues.
• Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Teams, O365
• Maintain meeting and conference room integrity in compliance with Standard operating procedures; perform regular preventive maintenance checks (e.g. either report or address troubles such as cable management issues, safety standards non-compliance, etc.)
• Provide updates to usage statistics, issue and repair logs
• Cable running and management, fitting trays, trunking, and baskets
• Soldering, crimping and terminating skills.
