1. 负责热菜厨房日常出品，确保菜品质量、口味、装盘及出餐时效符合洲际酒店餐饮标准；
2. 指导并监督热菜岗位厨师规范操作，落实食品安全、卫生清洁及设备使用安全规程；
4. 承担高峰时段热菜档口协调工作，保障服务流程顺畅与宾客用餐体验；
5. 配合完成内部培训、交叉岗位学习及酒店组织的食品安全、消防等专项考核。

1. 中专、技校或职业高中烹饪工艺与营养、中西面点工艺、餐饮服务与管理等相关专业毕业；
2. 具备1年以上五星级酒店或国际品牌连锁酒店热菜岗位实操经验；
3. 熟练掌握刀工、火候控制、基础高汤制作、酱汁调制及常见热菜烹调技法（炒、爆、熘、炸、炖、焖等）；
4. 持有有效的《食品从业人员健康证》，了解酒店食品安全管理体系基本要求；
5. 具备良好的团队协作意识与基础带教能力，能适应倒班及节假日工作安排。
