You will be supporting students aged 14-16 with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and a range of additional needs, helping them prepare for adulthood in a structured, nurturing, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to KS4 students with SEN

Adapt the curriculum to meet a range of learning needs, including Autism and moderate to severe learning difficulties

Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets

Support students' communication, social, emotional, and behavioural development
