The Kronos Specialist is responsible for working and collaborating with Mouser's HRIS Team (onshore/offshore) in Information Services. The team is responsible for supporting and implementing new functionality within our Kronos application. The team focuses on delivering solid (internal) customer service while providing comprehensive solutions to support our HRIS teams. The Kronos Specialist will establish relationships and work with other IS and HRIS team members, Mouser's Directors, Executives and Business Managers to ensure value-added requirements are met in a timely manner.

• The Kronos Specialist should have general knowledge of Kronos 8.1 (or sooner, latest technologies stack, that range from the traditional architectures to micro services and cloud enabled architectures.
