We are looking for an KOL Manager to manage influencer marketing campaigns in realme Indonesia. The role includes finding, negotiating, and working with KOLs/KOCs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Create and execute KOL marketing plans for campaigns and product launches.

2. Find and manage relationships with local KOLs/KOCs, especially in tech and lifestyle categories.

3. Handle campaign process from outreach, negotiation, briefing, product seeding, until content posting.

4. Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports and insights.

5. Work closely with social media, e-commerce, and China/global teams for campaign coordination.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 3 years of overall working experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing.
