We want an A-player who thinks like a strategist, SELLS THROUGH PSYCHOLOGY, and treats email marketing like a revenue science.
You should:
• Master Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation & automation
• Be obsessed with conversions, retention & LTV
• Think creatively, analyze deeply, and execute fast
• Understand customer psychology better than most founders
• Have 4+ years of real e-commerce email marketing experience
