Position Title:

• Tax Clerk Salary: $20.55 - $26.00 General Position Summary Performs a variety of clerical support functions for the Property Manager/Tax Office serves as receptionist and assists the public.


• Additional duties to include manufactured home warrants, seizures and ownership transfers.
• Essential Functions The following may not be all inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
• Serves as receptionist or counter clerk answering routine inquiries and providing general information; refers callers to appropriate department or agency.
• Requires proficiency in using a personal computer for data entry and document preparation, as well as operating standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and other digital communication tools.
• Accepts tax payments from the public; including posting tax payments received daily at the counter and by mail.
