Job Description

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • To record each component as it is supplied from Cycle 2 (internal repair/supply chain) in order to achieve the build start date per Order Task and communicate shortages to buyers in good time;
  • Check parts for condition, accuracy to release certification and quantity validation.
  • Collect and allocate completed internal cycle 2 WIP from inspection and move to the kitting areas.
  • Repair split stillages post cycle 1 complete inspection by moving repairable assets from the stillages to relevant internal repair locations.
  • Identify any discrepancies found on receipt of parts and raise NCIR’s accordingly;
  • To carry out parts transfers as necessitated by late deliveries from Cycle 2 (internal repair);
  • Communicate with product team leaders regarding kitting progress, discrepancies found, and adherence to the production schedule;
