Managing daily workload, report progress across stakeholders (Asset, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Commercial), and helping driving kit performance, accuracy, and on-time delivery using Lean/Continuous Improvement tools. On a daily basis, you’ll receive, categorize, and organize returned kits according to franchise and instrument/implant type. Inspect sterile and non‑sterile kits for tray accuracy and complete documentation, promptly escalating any urgent issues or discrepancies.
