**The opportunity**

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Kitchen Technician to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Kitchen Technician, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and building repair systems. This role requires candidates to be in current possession of an HVAC license.
