The Kitchen Receiver / Steward position at Heritage Grand Bakery & Restaurant spans both properties to ensure efficient and accurate receiving of deliveries, proper storage and organization of goods received, and regular inventory performance. The Steward position will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and will help the leadership team streamline inventory, prevent loss, and assist with vendor relations. The hours for this position are roughly Monday-Friday, 3am-12pm. No weekends.
A seasoned candidate has demonstrated experience with invoice processing, delivery receiving, vendor relations, inventory practices, and strong written communication skills. An entry-level candidate must have experience with receiving deliveries, stocking goods and counting units/ reporting numbers back to a Controller/ F&B Manager.
