Position Overview
The Kitchen Refacing Technician plays a critical role in delivering a 5‑Star customer experience by performing high‑quality kitchen cabinet refacing installations in customers’ homes. This position is responsible for executing refacing projects safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards while maintaining professionalism and strong customer communication throughout the installation process.

Essential Job Functions
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

+ Perform kitchen cabinet refacing installations including doors, drawer fronts, panels, trim, hardware, and related components

+ Remove and prepare existing cabinet surfaces for refacing

+ Accurately measure, cut, fit, and install materials to ensure proper alignment and finish
