At Mother’s Market, Kitchen Preps are key to preparing fresh, delicious meals by chopping vegetables, fruits, and assembling entrees. You’ll also help manage leftovers properly to ensure food safety and freshness.
Hourly Pay: $16.90 – $20.00

What You’ll Do
Prepare recipes according to the Daily Prep List each shift
Ensure freshness and quality of all prepared foods
Prepare soups, cornbread, biscuits, and refill items as needed
Properly store and rotate leftover food to prevent spoilage
Test food temperatures at required intervals
Fill and maintain the cold line with prepared vegetables
Cover for cooks during breaks when necessary
Report any equipment or food quality issues promptly to management
