We are looking to employ a new kitchen porter to join our existing team at Winchester hospital. The role will involve 4 main aspects:

• Delivering meal trolleys to wards
• Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
• Supporting catering assistants with the production of patient meals
• Supporting staff in the restaurant as required

More Specifically the Role Will Require the Following

• Assist with the efficient operation of catering services provided to patients, staff and visitors to the Catering Services Department at Hampshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
• Support the Kitchen Manager and kitchen staff in the provision of all catering services.
• General duties in the kitchen, plated meals area, restaurant and pot wash areas.
• Maintain all kitchen areas to the standard of cleanliness required which meets all food hygiene regulations.
