Job Description
Bad Walter’s started as an illegal pop-up in November of 2020 that was shut down in the spring of 2021. We re-opened (legally) in December of 2021 and shut down again in spring of 2023. Now we’ve been in our first brick-and–mortar shop in Rockridge for about a year and a half and we keep on growing. We’ve been featured in SF Chronicle, VICE, Eater, and more.
All of our ice cream uses real dairy but is lactose-free (it’s like we took the Lactaid for you). Our flavors evoke 90s nostalgia—think chunks, swirls, and all of the crazy stuff we loved as kids. We make all our ice cream, mix-ins, and swirls in-house.
