With Others is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead and grow the back-of-house operations for our busy neighborhood wine bar in Williamsburg.
We’re looking for someone highly organized, experienced, collaborative, and excited by the intersection of hospitality, food, wine, and creative programming. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who can both create systems and jump into service when needed.
With Others is not a traditional restaurant or wine bar. Our food program includes a seasonal house menu alongside guest chef residencies, pop-ups, wine classes, and private events. We’re looking for someone who can help create structure, consistency, and strong execution in the kitchen, while preserving the spirit and creativity of the space.
