Job Description
- Assist in food preparation and cooking.
- Ensure portion control, consistency, and quality of food served.
- Follow food hygiene, sanitation, and quality of food served.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly.
- Support food preparation during peak hours.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inform Store Supervisor of shortages or needed supplies.
- Maintain proper monitoring of stock inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations of the restaurant.
- Job Title: Kitchen Crew/Staff
- Educational Qualification: At least High School or Senior High School graduates or equivalent TESDA II in cookery is an advantage
- Experience: At least less than 1 year of relevant experience in a kitchen or equivalent set-up is preferred
