Job Title: Sales Operation Executive (Kid furniture) (ID4802)

Location: UBI

Working Hours: 5 day work , 10.00am - 7.00pm, off day 2 day per week, have to work on weekend.

Salary : $2800-$3300 + Comm

Responsibilities

• Explain product features and benefits to customers to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries to provide accurate information and assistance.
• Recommend merchandise options tailored to customers’ needs and preferences.
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
• Follow up with customers to confirm orders and address any post-sale concerns.
