  • Deliver Forbes Travel Guide standards to ensure service excellence for all guest
  • Attend to duty on time in the proper uniform well-groomed as per resort standards.
  • Attend daily briefings/debriefs held by Guest Activities Leadership Team
  • Set-up/Facilitate/Clean-up activities in Kids Club as per daily program.
  • Be able spontaneously entertain children during scheduled activities and assist children with any requirement they have in the Kids Club.
  • Be interactive and fun while facilitating games and activities as per daily schedule (indoor and outdoor)
  • Be fully trained and educated in handling children of age 3-12 years old, ensuring that children are attended to in a correct manner as per resort standards
  • Trained and knowledgeable in emergency procedures, Pediatric First Aid and CPR
  • Trained and knowledgeable in handling incidents, accidents or other emergencies
