The Personal Support and Home Care Service is looking for experienced Personal Support Workers to join our Service Establishment team.
    
As a Key Worker in the Service Establishment Team (SET) you will meet with new clients interested in our personal care services and will assist with providing information about our service and then help to set up their service by develop/review their routine to create an Individual Support Plan (ISP) and Welcome Onboard service documents.
