Sitting between the 3PL Manager and the broader Account Management team, this is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring ownership, foresight, and a strong commercial mindset. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence, partner satisfaction, and long-term strategic alignment.
