Job Description

Achieving the Business Revenue Target- overall quantity and value for TVs with KPI achievement of segment wise targets

Regular and timely visits to the Retailers in their Head Office and also at the store level for developing cordial relationship with main Buyers / Store Managers/ HOD etc.

Regular discussion and follow up with Channel for the order planning/ forecast and follow up to get the orders and timely execution

Managing Retailers for all the hashtag #promoevents as per their promo calendar which is including but not limited to managing hashtag #promopricing promo event booklet/leaflet participation promo event marketing activities finalization ensuring timely implementation of promo offers

Manage, supervise and monitor the team of assigned Sales Promoters for their sales performance on a weekly basis
