The Key Accounts Manager: creates and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers that result in the acquisition and growth of the Avis Budget Rent Lease share in the market and retention of customers. Focus on Van Rental / Local Sales/ Luxury collection products within the WC Operations region.

Key deliverables and outputs

Operational Strategy, Processes and Procedures

• Give input and advise on existing processes and procedures
• Set and adhere to individual sales targets, in line with the business unit’s target/departmental forecasting.

Budgets, Forecasts and Revenue Management

• Create annual forecasts in line with the KPI’s and business objectives/goals
• Provide input into the annual budget created for the department
• Achieve and grow rate per day and billed days as per target for car rental
• Assist Credit Control Department in collection of overdue payments
