Your Role

Key Account Supply Chain Manager – customer‑facing supply chain expert managing relationships with key accounts and supporting global account strategies. Primary interface for operational supply‑chain topics, ensuring flawless execution, high performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers on operational supply‑chain topics.
• Ensure execution of defined supply‑chain strategies across all product lines.
• Support the Global Account Supply‑Chain Manager (GASCM) with analysis, scenario modelling and business reviews.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Create, manage and analyse KPIs such as On‑Time Delivery, Lead Time, Inventory, Forecast Accuracy.
