Role Objective: The Key Account Specialist (KAS) is responsible for optimizing trade relationships, ensuring institutional stock availability, and expanding portfolio visibility across corporate pharmacy chains and major distributors (Mercury Drug, South Star and Watsons). The KAS bridges the gap between high-level account listings and ground-level branch execution to maximize average order sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Optimization & Fulfillment: Serve as the main execution point of contact for corporate accounts, consolidating regional distributor orders to shift away from micro-transactions and scale up average purchase volumes.
