Job Description
TheKey Account Executiveis responsible for generating new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with developers, general contractors. This role focuses on identifying potential projects, securing pre-qualification status, and positioning the company to participate in bids and negotiations.

Requirements

- At least3β5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the mechanical contracting, construction, or HVAC industry.
- Strong existing network withdevelopers and general contractors (required).
