• Creating and executing an effective call plan with a focus on potential customers within the national/key chain pharmacies to achieve calls and sales targets.
• Achieving sales and market share targets for Organon in the assigned territory and key accounts.
• Pursuing opportunities to prospect for new business with key customers and evaluate the sales potential of existing customers.
• Providing tailored offering to key accounts and creating demand for Organon’s products and services by raising their profile with customers.
• Utilizing your customer focused selling skills in your presentations and keeping post call notes to assist with pre-call planning.
• Ensuring stock availability, tracking consumption trends, and growing the brand presence to optimize sell-out.
