Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, the candidate will manage and be responsible for handling the Company’s Key accounts.
Ensure that the company fulfills its service and performance standards as per agreed service level agreements
Manage key accounts expectations and work with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent quality customer experience.
Be the point of contact for the Key Account on any matters.
Partner with the customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions to the key accounts to ensure service excellence
Participate in Customer Relationship Management activities and initiatives to improve business relationships, customer retention and new businesses from existing customers with the objective of driving revenue from the respective key accounts
Participate in Key Accounts RFQs.
