To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

+ Directly report to RSM or DSM
+ Deploy new customer initiatives
+ Identify and meet customer's needs
+ Drive utilization of products that are already have a tender position and generate demand for new tenders
+ Develop end-user and enterprise level customer relationships
+ Provide accurate and timely feedback on market conditions including pricing, competitor activity and marketing initiatives
+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships with surgeons, hospital personnel, distributors and sub-dealers
