**Position Summary**: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing small-to-medium size accounts to effectively support various customers and business needs. The Key Account Manager will be the liaison between the customer(s) business needs and the enterprise. The main role of the key account manager will be focused on retention and growth by developing strategic solutions to our customers.

- Strategically manage all aspects of the customer relationship with each assigned intergral account.
- Manage open tasks for assigned accounts to ensure deliverables are met and closure occurs on key customer initiatives.
