- Manage and maintain daily relationships with Brand and store-level contacts in the electronics and furniture categories.
- Support the acquisition and onboarding of new brands/principals, merchants, ensuring smooth integration into Indodana’s system.
- Assist in the design and implementation of National and Local Promotion Programs in collaboration with brand and retail partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Risk, Operations) to ensure accurate execution of retail campaigns and subsidy processes.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on category growth, promotion results, and retail partner contributions.
- Monitor subsidy utilization from retail programs and ensure all claims are reconciled according to timeline.
