Job Description
Industry‑Specific Sales
- Leverage experience in Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty or FMCG sales to drive business growth.
- Develop a strong understanding of retail distribution channels including salons, pharmacies and beauty stores.
- Consistently achieve sales targets in a competitive beauty market.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of skincare, makeup and personal care products.
- Explain product ingredients, benefits, usage and routines to clients.
- Understand different skin types and concerns.
- Stay updated with beauty trends and market leaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with beauty salons, spas, retail shops and pharmacies.
- Negotiate shelf space, promotions and bulk purchase agreements.
