JOB DESCRIPTION

The intern will be responsible in the following: 1) Assist in real estate market research. 2) Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis. 3) Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation. Learning Outcomes 1) Acquire knowledge of real estate markets. 2) Understand key factors in evaluating real estate investments. 3) Develop analytical skills and financial modeling skills.
