Job Description

Provide dedicated administrative support to Partners and Principals, and indirect support to project teams, business development, and firm activities.

To lead, develop and support a high‑performing Executive Assistant team, ensuring operational excellence (overseeing day‑to‑day management) in our service delivery offering, operational efficiency and stakeholder support while fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange complex travel & logistic plans, often with last‑minute changes for Senior Leadership.
• Handle time and expense management, payments & invoicing, data entry, recharges, reconciliation and reporting.
