Position Overview

The Vice President of Business Development leads to the strategic growth of the company’s Airport and Aviation construction portfolio, overseeing performing market strategy, client engagement, pursuit leadership, and long term business development planning. This executive builds strong relationships with airport authorities, airlines, program managers, and industry partners while driving major pursuits across terminal, airfield, cargo, and aviation infrastructure programs. The role also provides direct leadership for aviation initiatives, including opportunity tracking, procurement shaping, teaming strategies, and executive level relationship development.
