Description
The client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist in its PC Lifecycle Replacement project at their Wilcox Medical Center location on Kauai. This position would assist in supporting hardware/software, image machines, troubleshoot, and decommission old PCs. Other tasks as assigned.
Additional Skills
1. Basic hardware/software troubleshooting experience.
2. Experience imaging devices.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion while moving equipment
Work Environment
M-F: 8am-5pm
Free on-site parking included
Contract will be 6 months to start and possibility to extend long term quarterly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
