Te Pae Oranga is a community-based restorative justice initiative that provides an alternative pathway for low to medium level offending. Delivered in partnership with iwi, community and New Zealand Police, the programme supports participants to take responsibility for their actions, restore harm, and address the underlying causes of offending while working towards positive change.

As the Kaitūruki – Te Pae Oranga, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating the delivery of this kaupapa across the rohe. This includes facilitating Te Pae Oranga panels (Hui Matua), engaging with participants and their whānau, and supporting them through their journey from referral to completion.
