Position will be based at our Alexandra Site. We're offering a competitive salary starting from $90,429-$100,019 depending on experience (pro rata).

Are you passionate about putting our tamariki and rangatahi at the heart of everything you do and say? Are you strong in Te Āo Māori? Want to work in a value-based role where you can provide direct and meaningful support? Look no further, we are currently seeking a Kairaranga a-Whānau to join our Alexandra Site.

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring your well-developed relationship building skills to build strong networks with local Iwi, Marae, and community. Another key attribute that you will be sharing is your good communication skills, specifically in Te Reo Māori both verbally and written. Proven negotiation and advocacy skills at a senior level will be advantageous, as well as strong problem solving, and decision‑making skills.
