Key responsibilities

• Manage intake and registration processes, ensuring client records are created within 15 minutes of arrival.
• Conduct triage and assign clients to appropriate pathways (legal advice, representation, mediation, or referral).
• Coordinate with lawyers, mediators, paralegals, and field officers to ensure timely services.
• Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for legal advice, representation, mediation, and referrals.
• Supervise data entry, KPI tracking, and reporting to the Program Delivery Specialist.
• Lead weekly stand‑ups, monthly dashboard reviews, and quarterly service audits.
• Oversee safeguarding, complaints management, and adherence to privacy standards.
• Represent the hub in governance and visibility activities.
