You will be assisting with solution deployments, support integrations (CRM, APIs, transcription tools, chatbots), and help build workflows using n8n and conversational bots in Flo wise. DUTIES

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of VoIP and contact centre systems.
• Provide troubleshooting support for networks, servers, and telecoms applications.
• Help design and configure customer integrations, including APIs, CRM systems, transcription tools, and AI bots.
