Responsibilities

• Assess tax documents received from vendors to ensure compliance with domestic legislation, especially input taxes (PIS/COFINS) and Withholding Taxes (WHT: IRRF, PCC, and ISS).
• Check and control Purchase Orders (POs) before registering tax invoices into the ERP system (NetSuite) and government websites (specifically Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo).
• Process internal employee reimbursements, ensuring tax compliance.
• Calculate and collect Withholding Taxes (WHT).
• Prepare and file WHT returns (EFD-Reinf, MIT, DCTF, and NFTS), ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.
