Department

Short Term Flex and PPA Trading

Main responsibilities

  • Support the Desk in developing the business concept for PPA and Short Term Flex business across Europe
  • Support the Desk in evolving the market view on PPA and long dated Flex deals (with hourly flex, up to 12Y)
  • Facilitate the Desk in evolving the Trading Strategies
  • Manage and Trade positions coming out of the long-term Flex and PPA trades
  • Develop a Desk tool-set and analytics in alignment with supporting desks
  • Work to execute and further develop the business strategy for each country
  • Take ownership for all operational responsibilities of the Desk with regards to existing and new deals
  • Support the Desk in evolving Business intelligence on Intraday and Imbalance and how to integrate Pricing and Deals in the EDF organization (e.g. E2M, Agregio and EDFT ID-Trading)
