Job Description

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort Innsbruck eine*n Junior Social Media Manager (all genders) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (ab 20 Std./Woche).

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung von Social‑Media‑Strategien, Content‑Ideen und Kampagnenkonzepten
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Content entlang von Redaktionsplänen (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, ggf.
  • LinkedIn)
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Adaption von Video‑ und Grafik‑Assets
  • Eigenständige Übernahme von Teilprojekten inkl. Abstimmung, Timing und Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung bei Produktionen (Pre‑Production, Dreh, Post‑Production)
  • Kontinuierliches Monitoring von Trends, Plattform‑Logiken und Best Practices
  • Analyse von Content‑Performance und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Creators und externen Partnern
